Lighting Challenge Update

After getting feedback, I decided to make my image more "exciting" by still keeping the night scene with an added thunderstorm outside so a lightning flash lights the T-rex.

Camera Update

With suggestions from class on wednesday, I made adjustments suggested by rotating the camera slightly so the Trex doesn't look like he's "puking the arc" and positioned his tail to curve to the right.
The Bone shader is on him for now, will update color break up on bone.

Paint Over & Palette

A Night at the Museum

References
The lighting style will be mostly like this picture below with a very contrasty look and slightly warm feel to the light.
The lighting to come through windows
Another reference for the windows, but not as much artificial lighting on the inside. Inside lighting would be more like the first reference image.

Shaders

Bone Shader
everything is procedural except for the displacement, which the map can be easily changed out if the user doesn't like it.
the shader at normal range for Jared and Trisha

the closest the shader would be shown (my shot)

Steel/Chrome Shader by Rachel Cunningham
this shader was used during the summer course, and I got Rachel's permission to use it for the Digital Lighting class. The shader has maps, but they transfer well on to other objects.
